چکیده
Exploration of extracellular communication has been at the forefront research efforts in recent years. However, mechanisms cell-to-cell complex tissues are poorly understood. What is clear that cells do not exist isolation, they constantly interacting and communicating with immediate vicinity a distance. Intercellular by release small vesicles, called exosomes, loaded RNAs one mechanism which communicate. In years, shown class can play major role pathogenesis breast cancer. Specifically, exosomes have demonstrated to promoting primary cancer development, invasion, metastasis, chemotherapeutic resistance. This review summarizes what known about exosome-mediated transfer among microenvironment discusses outstanding questions potential for new therapeutic intervention targeted these interactions. Extracellular vesicle cross-talk in the bone marrow microenvironment: implications in multiple myeloma
The bone marrow (BM) represents a complex microenvironment containing stromal cells, immune cells, osteoclasts, osteoblasts, and hematopoietic cells, which are crucial for the immune response, bone formation, and hematopoiesis. Apart from soluble factors and direct cell-cell contact, extracellular vesicles (EVs), including exosomes, were recently identified as a third mediator for cell communic...

A diverse pool of RNAs remain encapsulated within the transcriptionally silent spermatozoon despite the dramatic reduction in cellular and nuclear volume following cytoplasm/nucleoplasm expulsion. The impact of this pronounced restructuring on the distribution of transcripts inside the sperm essentially remains unknown. متن کاملCross Talk between Cancer and Mesenchymal Stem Cells through Extracellular Vesicles Carrying Nucleic Acids
Extracellular vesicles (EVs) are considered to be a novel complex mechanism of cell communication within the tumor microenvironment. EVs may act as vehicles for transcription factors and nucleic acids inducing epigenetic changes in recipient cells. Since tumor EVs may be present in patient biological fluids, it is important to investigate their function and molecular mechanisms of action. It ha...

Obesity is a chronic and multifactorial disorder that is reaching epidemic proportions. It is characterized by an enlarged mass of adipose tissue caused by a combination of size increase of preexisting adipocytes (hypertrophy) and de novo adipocyte differentiation (hyperplasia). Obesity is related to many metabolic disorders like hypertension, type 2 diabetes, metabolic syndrome, and cardiovasc...
متن کاملCross-Talk of Breast Cancer Cells with the Immune System
Understanding the pathogenesis of breast and other cancers requires an improved understanding of the local microenvironment in which cancer develops and progresses (Hanahan and Weinberg, 2011). Many cell types have been defined as key components of the tumor stroma that contributes to tumor growth and metastasis, and modulates the response to treatment. In this chapter we will focus on cells of...
